montauk tower condominiums
In 1926 Carl Fisher purchased 9,000 acres in Montauk calling it "Miami Beach of the north". It was intended as a warm season counterpart to his Florida developments. At the center of this new development was the Montauk Tower Office building. Atco purchased the building in 1983 and completely gutted and transformed it into 22 luxury condominiums with a swimming pool, drive up entrance, beach cabanas, elevators and a public park between the tower and Fort Pond.
