We took a relatively small, Central Park South duplex penthouse apartment overlooking the park and expanded it onto the roof on two sides, dramatically increasing the living area. Besides the complete gut renovation of the existing spaces, we also filed for and obtained approval to expand the livable floor area out onto the roof.
