As construction managers and owner's representative, we retained landscape architect Ken Smith to design this garden built in an interior courtyard between properties on Central Park South and West 58th Street. An article in the March 2007 issue of New York Living Magazine called it, "....one of the most interesting gardens in Manhattan...."
