This 21,000 square foot law firm build out was completed in 2012. It is a duplex space with a custom stairway. Essential Design + Build was the general contractor and space planner, implementing daylight harvesting and occupancy sensors throughout. This was a collaborative effort with Lofredo Brooks on furniture and finishes.
