Pierce Allen provided the conceptual design for this five-bedroom apartment at 40 Central Park South. essential design + build executed the construction in addition to coordinating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Home automation controls, shades and lighting were installed with careful precision and planning. Quality was ensured for the cerused oak kitchen cabinets, poured polyurethane flooring, custom copper fireplace surround and custom mill work throughout.
