In 2012 essential design + build was involved with this pre-built office space for ATCO Properties. This was a turn-key operation resulting in a fully furnished and wired space ready for immediate occupancy. The design is entirely flexible allowing for glass partitions to be easily moved to accommodate a variety of options.
